R12.1.3 upgrade - Printer Control Language (PCL) characters show up in the upper left corner of the

After R12.1.3 upgrade....

Request a report to run and have it print directly from Oracle the printout has strange characters in the upper left corner of the printout.  The printout is also in the wrong font and style (portrait versus landscape).
