Materialized View refresh.

Oracle version 11.2.0.3 on Solaris 10.
I have a materialized view that creates and compiles with out error. But when the refresh job runs it's compile state and refresh state read compilation errors and the scheduled refresh does not run.

All objects in the views are owned by the same user that owns the materialized view.
