R12.1.3 - Output has strange characters in upper left corner and output is in incorrect format and f

After upgrading to R12.1.3 - When printing directly from Oracle the report is displaying strange characters( !p?21 J15m) in the upper left corner of the report;  is in portrait instead of landscape, and the font is wrong.
