PAY: Skipped Assignments After Payroll Run

Hi All,

I have a client like many others who is having issues with skipped records after a payroll run. We have looked into making an exclude assignment set that looks for a terms and excludes them from the run but that is not the approach the client wants to go. Is anyone aware of issues if we delete skipped records from the back end? (Other than it is not an approach I would recommend)
