Managing Middleware using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

EM Console showing all applications in Red

We have SOA Suite 11.1.1.6 installed and at one point I did a rolling restart of SOA servers and from then... the EM Console started showing that all application are down in red color when the farm is selected. But, when we go to the clusters ..the application are all showing as green. None of the application are down and every application is working fine.

Please suggest anything... I checked the Patch 13826887 and the dms is showing everything that it should..

Any suggestions before going down the path of applying the patch?
