smart view 11.1.2.2 pull from HFM application gives error - Cannot connect to provider The server na

We have migrated environment to new servers.  The Excel spread sheet (with multiple worksheet) that used to work with old server is giving this error while "Refresh" with new server.  I can work with blank spread sheet without any issue.  I think the old spread sheet has something hard coded, that is throwing this error, but can't find it.

Thanks for your suggestion.  I tried both shared and private connection.
