Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Release 12.1.1

We are upgrading 11i instance (11.5.10.2) in a test environment to R12 (12.1.1) using upgrade driver.
The adpatch session, shows following error.

FAILED: file MSDODPCODE.sql on worker 1 for product msd username MSD.

Can you kindly suggest some solution.
