US PAY: After Patch 16000686 - R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.6 - Payroll worker failed

 We are using Oracle E-business 12.1.3 version and just applied patch 16000686 - R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.6 year end patch. After the patch we tried to run payroll  process and all the payroll worker processes failed.

Error message -  stat_low = B
stat_high = 0
emsg:was terminated by signal 11
$PAY_TOP/12.0.0/bin/PYUGEN
Program exited with status -1

Did any one experienced this after year end patch. If you have resolved the issue already please update me with fix. Thanks in advance for your help.
