R12.1.3 upgrade - OPMN issue when upgrading AS10g from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5

Hi AllPart of the process for upgrading from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 is to firstly upgrade Oracle AS10g to 10.1.3.5 from 10.1.3.4 . This is patch 8626084 and 8920270. We are on linux64, db is 11.2

My Process is

  1. Application is up, with OPMN up and running.
  2. install patches
  3. ensure ORACLE_HOME points to 10.1.3 home
  4. cd $STAGE/Disk1
  5. execute linux32bash
  6. execute runInstaller

Unfortunately errors with OPMN failing to start

Any ideas anyone
