Oracle WMS : Using Mobile device in disconnected Mode

Hi In Oracle WMS Is-it possible de use Mobile device in disconnected mode  (for exemple to enter counting quantities in warehouse and let the mobile transfert informations to server after establishing connection).  

And if possible what are the possible functions.
