Change Organization in MOAC Responsibilities

Hi All,

We currently upgraded to R12.1.3 and SSC users were provided MOAC responsibilities in order view PO's across departments.

In order to view receipts for a particular PO, it prompts out change organization and the list of values in it does not bring the organization to which PO belongs.

How come this is configured and how can we add all organizations to be avaialble/visible in MOAC responsibilities?
