Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

Need to create a Lumpsum Surcharge on Order Header Level. Tried the foll. Metalink Note but doesnt seem to work

How Does One go about Applying a LUMPSUM Discount at Order Header? (Doc ID 454938.1)

Anyone tried this, please let me know if you have any suggestions or thoughts on this.
