Adding a Custom Button on Account Page next to Mege Button

Hi All,

Plz refer to the snapshot.

I want to add a Button in the same bar where we can find New,Copy, Delete,Merge Button.Actually I want it to be placed next to Merge . Clicking the button should open a new page for ex Google in the next Tab.

How can I do this.I also need to pass some parameters.I went to the souce code of the page but got all confused.

You kind help reqired on this urgen issue
