Revenue Budget how to baseline if entered amount type Hour (Quantity)

 HI,

I created two projects.  First Project A, Agreement 100 funding 100 created Revenue Budget with Amount type as Revenue i base lined the Budget line.

Project B, Agreement 100 Funding 100.  Revenue Budget i entered with amount type as Hours.  But i couldn base line the budget.

I want to know Revenue Budget if we entered quantity how we base line the line? is there any setup?

Error: Task funding is not equal to the budget total of the task. To baseline a draft budget, the budget total must be as same as funding total. (i entered 100 in funding same amount i entered in revenue budget too.)
