Database crash in RHEL5: KErnel PArameters

Hi,

We have setup the KErnel parameters as per the R12.1.3 instalaltion and upgrade reelase ntoes.

We have faced database crashes and last couple of times had felt we review our init.ora and kernel settings.Can some one please help here in highlighting any abnormal values or settings not recommended.

11gR2 with r12.1.3 upgrade from 11.5.10.2 on RHEL5.8 with DB capacity of 250GB RAM and 46 cores.
