Tools release 9.1.3 on Standalone

Hi

Please can someone help me with loading JDE Tools release 9.1.3 onto JDE Standalone. I have successfully loaded JDE Standalone 9.1 with Tools release 9.1.1 but need the latest functionality with Tools 9.1.3 for demonstration purposes.

I've looked everywhere but can't locate any instructions, tutorials, Youtube etc. to get 9.1 Standalone to work with Tools 9.1.3.
