form personalization issue

Hi 

I have a form personalization done on the AP invoice form -  If the invoice is one year old it Cant be canceled.(In Action button the Cancel check box is disabled)

It works fine, but there is one issue that I am facing.

While testing it, If i open AP invoice form and query an invoice one yr old  then in the Action button the Cancel check box is disabled as per the personalization.

But in the same form when try to query invoice which is not one yr old, for this invoice also the Cancel check box is disabled, but if this invoice is queried after the form is reopened (closed and opened and then the invoice is queried) then the Cancel button appears.
