Default Settings Quality Management

I observed that in Quality Managment the following field get by default a value of "1" upon entry of a Quality Profile (F40318):- QCMFGR- QCMRRR
- QCMFGC
- QCPRCR
- QCPRER
- QCSHPR
- QCBLKR

These fields enable/disable the possibility to retrieve the Quality Profile from different applications. Is it possible, without changing the Data Disctionary, to set these to default "0"?
