Sales Targets For Salespersons
We are implementing Oracle Sales (R12.1.3), and in sales we are using Lead/Opportunity/Quote Management functionality. We have the following requirment in Oracle Sales, we have various Product Categories and Sales Targets are fixed at the begining of the Year and these Targets are assigned to the Sales Teams/Sales Persons. So the question I have is in Oracle Sales , is it possible to assign targets to sales persons and based on the Lead/Opportunity/Quote value, can it be matched ? I tried to find some information on the Forecasting but found that it is at Opportunity level, can anyone share some light on
