Siebel 8.x on Ipad

Hi,

As part of Siebel upgrade from 7.8.2.16 SIA, we are very keen to get Siebel client on Ipad via Siebel Open UI. Do we need web-logic server to be installed to implement Siebel on Ipad, OR do we have other approaches.
