How to Set up Profile Option and enable Report Manager Privileges for "Oracle Report Manager" in Rel

All,

Would you mind providing me with the step-by-step process on how to set up the Profile Option for Report Manager in Rel 11i.

I do have the Oracle Documentation for the Process but it did not provide a step-by-step process. 

I tried setting up the profile option and have the following showing in the Navigator - Report Manager screen:

Participation Value Sets

Users to Value Security

Values to User Security

Security Listing Report

There is nothing referring to Oracle ADI for me to proceed to the Request Center.

I must be missing some steps in the profile option set up, your input will be greatly appreciated.
