New tabs in 'create case' screen.
We are using 'Case Worker'-->'Agent Dashboard'-->'Create Case' screen (i.e. CS HTML page) for creation of case (SR).
Can we add new tab pages (i.e. new tabs) in this page (beside 'Entitlement and Guidelines', 'Task tab' etc.) usinf personalization/other feature. We have already achieved to add new extensible attributes on one tab page.
How to make a tab page default in case page (like default tab in contact center/create SR forms).
Please guide in this.
