Querying Customers through MOAC Responsibilites

Recently upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.

Our customers are trying to query the customer from a MOAC responsibility but receiving the error message "Value entered is not valid for current field. Please re-enter".

Whereas if i query the same customer from the non-MOAC responsibility, i was able to query the customer without any issue.

What setup needs to be done to view the customers from the MOAC responsibility?
