OPM Costing Question

Hi,

I'm trying to set up OPM Costing, and I have an issue with Cost Component Class setup. I need it to set up a resource, and I'm able to create a record from OPM Financials>Cost Management: Setup>Component Classes (The inwod says "Cost Component Classes") but when I go to set up a Resource from OPM Product Development>Formula Management:Setup>Resources, there is no list of values accessible from the Cost Component Class field. Should I be creating this record somewhere else?
