GST Friendly URL not working

Hi
we are unable to view the site when we hit the GST friendly URL that is ecdev9-wcs-dlvr.telkom.co.za and browser will displaying the blank page.

please see below weblogic log error message and please suggest.

we working on web center sites.

we are using weblogic server.

please see below error we are getting when we hit the GST friendly URL that is ecdev9-wcs-dlvr.telkom.co.za.
