Unable to see create event option

Hi Team,

Facing a strange scenario as I am unable to view the "Create Events" option in marketing user and in marketing administrator resp.

It is only available under "Oracle marketing super user" resp. is it that inly this resp. has this option available, because I read in Marketing implementation guide that "marketing user" have this option available along with other.

Please advice at the earliest.
