Table name for audit log

Does anyone know the tablename that stores audit data?  We have a need to report off when the Project Status is changed to/from "Hold".  I know the data is being captured by Unifier, because I can see the data in the Audit Log for the project/shell.  However, I have been unable to find the actual table name so that i could reference it in a dataview.
