Internal Error: Import of update failed. Error: Error uploading archives to local store

 Hello Everyone,

This community was so helpful last time I thought I would try again.  I am trying to troubleshoot issues with an inherited EM 12.1.0.2 installation.  I have a handful of hosts that won't register databases, the issue appears to be that they don't have all the latest plugins deployed.  When I try to deploy the plugin I get the following error:

The exception has occured Error retrieving archive: Archive not found: Error retrieving local store path
