Function not available to this responsibility. When checking ATP in OM

We are in 11510 and in order management when I try to do the below 

On a Sales order --> Click Availability button --> Click on ATP Details --> Right Click and then Select Supply/Demand , I get the error as Function not available to this repsonsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.

I have checked in several Super user responsibilities and also seeded responsibilities like Advanced Supply Chain Planner. 

Any clue on what needs to be fixed here?
