Hi
Our DBA has tried to apply patch 13691308:R12.AP.B and it failed in following error.
Please confirm how to resolve this error
Patch 13691308 recieved error:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
ar   forms/US   ARXTWMAI.fmx

Compilation error on WHEN-WNIDOW-DEACTIVATED trigger on form:
PL/SQL ERROR 302 at line 1, column 12
component 'DEACTIVATE_WINDOW' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 1, column 1
Statement ignored
