After installing the Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio on a 32-bit Windows 7 box (11.1.2.2), the user chooses file and open and gets this error message.

Any ideas why (on this one box - other PCs don't have this problem) a PC would get this error message?  Guessing something didn't register or get installed but I'm at a loss as to what.
