Our college disburses Pell Grants to students in two disbursements per semester. All students are awarded by default on a full time basis until after the 1st disbursements are made. The first disbursement, which is 50% of a full time award, is accurately reported to COD. Prior to making our second disbursement at midterm, we repackage students based on current enrollment when it is less than full time (LTHT).  All awards after being repackaged are split into two equal disbursements by PeopleSoft. Full time students remain at 50/50. For three-quarter time students it becomes a 50% split of 75% or 37.5/37.5. For half-time
