apps is not coming up as they are facing this error while starting apps , Caused by: com.solarmetric.jdbc.ReportingSQLException: ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE

Caused by: com.solarmetric.jdbc.ReportingSQLException: ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE

we have done drop and recreate index , its still going .. size of table is 3 gb only . don'y know why its taking long time .

any help is appreciated
