Unpack and Pack Product

Hi;

We have scenario that;

Raw material after passing through different steps like S1, S2, S3 and S4, at S4 we receive product in unpack form. When the product is ready in unpack form now it is require to pack it in two differnt forms like packing1 and Packing2.

Please advice how this can be achieved; 1. Add one more process in routing i.e S5 (for packing). 2. Or create new batch with new routing of Packing. When selecting any one option between these two, what should be considertation in selecting any option. Or  is there any other way to handle this, please advice.
