How to default destination subiventory/locator through putaway rule in subinventory transfers

Hi Experts
In WMS 11i, how to default destination subiventory/locator through putaway rule in subinventory transfers WITHOUT creation of move order transfer? Either it should default item locator or transaction default locators.
