Option to assign the stores at responsibility level

HI,

We have upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 recently and the stores that are assigned to a particular operating unit are available to all operating units in R12. i don't even see an option to assign the stores as per operating unit.

Could you please let me know the option to do this?
