R12.1.1 : Invalid package PO_ENCUMBRANCE_POSTPROCESSING

Hi,
For a PO containing multiple line items,  when cancelling a PO line, system is throwing an error with Invalid Charge Account. The cause of this error was searched on Metalink and the following details were found:

Cause - Bug 15913701 - AFTER SEPT RUP WHEN CANCELING A PO 'INVALID CHARGE ACCOUNT' ERROR OCCURS
Solution: Metalink Reference ID: Doc ID 1515820.1 - This Doc asked to apply the following Patch to solve this issue - Patch 15913701.

This Patch was applied in our Test environment and the issue was found to be resolved. However, post application of this patch, a new invalid was generated - PO_ENCUMBRANCE_POSTPROCESSING package body. We tried to compile manually also, but it generated the following error message:
