Custom Report Issue

Environment:

OS: RHEL 5.7
DB: 11.2.0
EBS: 12.1.3


Problem Description:

We have a custom report running for HR, The report if run during non-peak hours completes normal with the output being generated. The run time for this is about 90+ mins and output file size of 1313466.

However if the same report is run when we have user sessions(even as less as 5 sessions) connected, then the program just completes with status as normal and no output is generated for it. The run time for this is about 30 secs and output file size of 200.

Find attached log files for both the timings.
