Is It Possible To Allow Access to Employee Type Suppliers Only

 Dear Team,

We have requirements for creating employee as supplier but under the conditions like, procurement responsibility should not 'Create/Update employee supplier details''. this is only allowed for AP Responsibility and AP responsibility should not create/update standard supplier this is only allowed for procurement responsibility..

your advise on this highly  appreciated..
