Peoplesoft Bug 16772910 --FATAL SQL ERROR WHILE PERFORMING A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION

Hi Team,

I am facing similar issue as reported in this bug .But the status of this Bug is Closed and it is reported that this is not a bug and at the below of the Bug doc , I can see it has been mentioned that

 "We modified Validate_ChartField function to validate the Project chartfields".

So I am not sure what is the real picture behind this Bug.According to me also we need to modify the Validate_ChartField function inorder to incorparte chartfield BUSINESS_UNIT_PC.

Please let me know the solution .In my case , for BUSINESS_UNIT_PC chartfield ,validate chartfield function is called and the below query throws
