How to derive the item cost for master organization

How to create item cost for master organization
Customer using the  inventory items in project management  .
Customer able to  select the inventory items , but  ITEM_COST is zero  for the inventory items ,as a result total planned  cost is not calculating
The cause of the issue is , in project we linked the master organization and item type ,as there is no item cost for master organization , not able to derive the rate in project

Is it possible to derive the item cost for master organization
if so ,Please assist how to derive the item cost master organization,
