Agent 12.1.0.1 in OEM 12.1.0.3

Hi,
have checked in compatibility matrix that Agent 12.1.0.1 works with OEM 12.1.0.3. It doesn't seem so in my case (Linux x86-64):

OMS host:
$ emctl getversion oms
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 3
Copyright (c) 1996, 2013 Oracle Corporation.  All rights reserved.
       Enterprise Manager 12c OMS Version 12.1.0.3.0

Another host:
$ emctl getversion agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control 12.1.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2012 Oracle Corporation.  All rights reserved.
       Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Agent 12.1.0.1.0

$ emctl start agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control 12.1.0.1.0
