Difference between Release Value Propositions & Release Content Document

 Hi All,

I am getting quite confused about these 2 documents, Release Value Propositions &  Release Content Document.

Release Value Propositions (RVPs) describe the value associated with the new features and enhancements in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.

These Release Content Documents (RCDs) communicate information about new or changed functionality introduced in Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 12.1, subsequent Release Update Packs (RUPs), off-cycle patches as well as planned enhancements for the upcoming Release 12.2,.

which one will guide me correctly....
