Oracle Primavera and Oracle Projects Integration

Hi,

Can anybody tell me that;

1. Is primavera directly linked with Oracle Project Costing, Oracle Billing, Oracle Purchasing?

2. Also If I want to integrate Oracle Primavera with Oracle Projects then Oracle Project Management is mandetory or I can direclty integrate Primavera with Project Costing without using Oracle Project Management?
