Expenditures Classes : Timecards, Usages and Miscellanous Transactions

 HI,
Expenditures Classes:

1. Timecards -  Employee Number and Name and Organisation given in form.  Then PRC: Distribute Labor Costs for a Range of Projects ran for cost.


2.Usages & Miscellanous Transactions I entered Organisation name and rest of information.  Both classes Employee number and Name not mandatory.Then PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs for updation of cost.

Whats is different between Usages and MT classes.  I am giving same information then y we need to classes?
