How to make the DFF segments appear in SSHR Termination page for Add'l Period of Service Det's DFF

We have defined the segments for Add'l Period of Service Det's with BUSINESS_GROUP_ID as Reference Field.

In Core HR, when we navigate to the End Employment form, the fields are visible based on the Business Group. But in SSHR, the page does not render the DFF fields.

As per Note 303100.1 Context Sensitive DFF Does Not Work in SSHR , the issue of context sensitive fields not showing in SSHR page has been fixed in R12.1.2.

We are in R12.1.3.

Oracle Support pointed me to Note - 977877.1- Configuring Context Sensitive Extra Information Types (EITs) Using Oracle Self-Service Human Resources (R12.1.2).
