Install Base Error 'Either Currency Code or Unit Price should co-exist or both should be emptied.'

Hi All,

sales order shipment of an install base product has been stuck with error 'Either Currency Code or Unit Price should co-exist or both should be emptied.'. Did any one has faced this error before.

Please let me know your inputs to resolve this issue.
