Order Line directly going to Closed status instead of AWAITING SHIPMENT
In a Sales order, the order Line status after booking is directly going in to Closed instead of Awaiting Shipment for an Item. The other items in the Sales order are in "Awaiting Shipment" status.
I checked the item attribute in both Master and Organization assignment. In both places Its Shippable and OE Transactable.
The line flow is closed and one of the Line activity status is Non shippable.
What could be the Reason?
