Identifying the Versions used for specific company under one path code

Dear Team,

I would like to have your expertize for below scenario which is of unique nature. 

We are working on Upgrade from JDE Oneworld Xe to E1 9.1. 

We are having PY Pathcode with 21 environments(i.e. for Business Data and Control tables) and PD Pathcode with 20 environments.

We are using PY as production for one company(say Company X) which is using one environment because of some other reasons, whereas other 20 companies are using PY as testing environment and PD as Production.

Now issue is we are having some objects with same versions in PY and PD. PY version is used by Company X and PD version is used by other companies with different Processing Option values.
