Batching consolidation/translation grids

We currently have 1 consolidation grid with 6 enity hierarchies in it as well as 8 or 9 translation grids.

In the consolidation grid we select the first hierarchy and run "consolidate all with data"

When that is complete we select the remaining hierarchies and run "consolidate"

When that is complete we go into each translation grid one by one and run "translate"

I would like to create a batch that will run each step from "consolidate all with data" to "consolidate" to "translate"

I've read some stuff online but haven't found anything useful, was hoping someone could help me here.
